Seven Seals orders are processed within 48 hours from your order confirmation on weekdays and within 96 hours during weekends, public and Christmas / New Year holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification with estimated delivery date details.
Delivery is typically within 1 to 2 days from dispatch, however, due to the current shipping back logs and in the lead up to Christmas and Easter there may be some delay and slightly longer delivery periods.
Seven Seals offers FREE SHIPPING to major metropolitan and major regional areas across Australia for all orders over $120.
A flat rate of $14.50 is charged for all orders under $120, within major metropolitan and major regional areas across Australia.
Shipping charges may be charged for all orders to remote regional areas. A store representative will contact you if standard shipping cannot be applied. In general, remote shipping rates are as follows:
$24.50 for parcel weights up to 3kg
$28.00 for parcel weights 3.1 - 5kg
$39.00 for parcel weights 5.1 - 10kg.
We do not currently offer warehouse pickup.
We do not currently offer shipping to countries outside Australia.
We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to help you check your delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@sevenseals.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into this for you.
At Seven Seals we offer a 15-day return policy for all non-perishable items such as merchandise. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchange for perishable items such as beer. Customers have 15 days after receiving non-perishable items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unopened and sealed, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you may contact us at hello@sevenseals.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sevenseals.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
